Mark has built, mentored, and led teams ranging from 10 to 150+ people, achieving award-winning revenue gains and top-line responsibility of up to $143 million. He continually works to maintain a keen pulse on market trends, opportunities, and innovation to deliver effective results.

Annie Galvin Teich
Chief Marketing Officer
Annie has spent her career in educational publishing and educational technology with significant experience in editorial, product development, sales, and marketing. An accomplished writer, she has written for education publications in K-12 and higher education and has a passion for literacy education.
Annie advises companies on their marketing strategies and campaigns, sharing her years of content marketing expertise. As a company founder and publisher herself, she understands the unique challenges of founder-led companies.

Mike Bates
Chief Revenue Officer
For 40 years, Mike has worked in Edtech publishing as an accomplished executive business leader, providing in-field leadership development to sales personnel and professional development specialists.
Mike is highly effective in sales operations leadership, with extensive experience in managing teams dedicated to developing effective strategies, territory management, key account management, and driving revenue growth.
In 2009, Mike founded an organizational leadership consulting business providing professional management expertise to organizations.

Joan Sparks
Chief Product Lifecycle Officer
Joan has led product marketing teams for global brands and US startups, launching
new products as well as driving recurring revenue. She is skilled at developing product
roadmaps based on customer insight, competitive research, and product feature usage. Her background in data-intensive industries and analytics enables her to uncover unique insights and present them in compelling visuals to inform strategy.
Joan is currently and has been a mentor in public high schools for more than 15 years,
focusing on low-income, high-potential students. She helps ensure they take the most rigorous courses, including dual enrollment in college.
